The food was great and watching all the lads play pool and darts was fun great atmosphere and music choice. Walkability: Car park right next to and is in a village so very accessible Food & drinks: The food is amazing and all home made some of the tables had beer and cider taps on them the food portions are very good for the money

Ordered a 16 inch pizza and two fries and some special lion sauce. It was amazing. Huge compared to the price. And massive hats off to the chef for the meal and the sauce was incredible. Super happy with the service from front of house and reserving a table in a short time was super easy. So a big thank you to everyone.

I got here as a part of my visit to the beach. I stayed at a lodge close to the beach and came here to get dinner. We had a couple of drinks here. Played at the snooker table. The bar tender was very pleasant and supportive for an ambivert like me I would recommend it to any ambiverts like me. Food & drinks: Food & drinks were great and affordable.

Went for food and the lasagne tasted of rubber and had no filling at all. My brother had the chicken nuggets and some of them were pink in the middle still.

I went to the pub with a few people mid-week in February, there was lots of room, Good lighting, reasonable music level so it was great to converse. Great diversity of tables, tables with beer taps, boots, bar, square and round tables and play area with a pool table, Spacious and pleasant. There was a huge screen, but it was not intrusive - quiet 90's MTV tunes videos. Food & drinks: Too much food on the plates so come to the pub hungry, quality is excellent. Fast, great service and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Very friendly and helpful. We had moved after checking in and straight out at a nearby hotel and were accommodated even though it was almost full. .Extended our stay by one night because we liked it so much. Food and drink were excellent in terms of both quality and price. Can recommend highly. Rooms are spotless and an unusual bonus allows phone calls to numbers including standard mobiles. One of many nice touches.

Very sizeable portions, quite good too. Unfortunately a deafening karaoke commenced at 9pm although I appreciate most people aren't having dinner at this time. Also the decor looks bizarre, highly recommend changing it but overall nice

This place seems to have good ratings, But I have to review it how I experienced it. I went here for something to eat with my son on a Saturday evening. I walked to the bar and was ignored for about 1 minute, even though no one else was ordering. The lady behind the bar eventually looked at me and mumbled something, I said " do you have a table for 2 available please" she said "have you booked" I said no, (I wouldn't have asked if I had booked) we were taken into the back of the pub with americanised style booths with TV screens all over the place with one that nearly covered the whole wall, we sat there for around 10 minutes, we were ignored, no one told us if it was table service or if we had to go to the bar, no menus were given. Although they seemed to be giving them to some others. So we got up and left to go to the Italian up the road, which was much more hospitable..I could have understood more if they were busy, but they weren't. You'd think with how people are struggling, they'd be making everyone feel welcome..

Stopped in with our dog for dinner. Very dog friendly pub with good selection of beers and food. We ordered the fried chicken and a hot pepperoni pizza. Portions very generous and food very tasty. Staff so welcoming, especially Natalie. Would have no hesitation in recommending a visit. 4 pints and 2 dinners less than £40. Bargain. Thank you all

Didn't expect a new style sports bar loads of televisions all round the walls and a massive projector screen showing football. Staff very friendly and the beer was good, only food was a pizza and pint for ten pounds. The toilets are very clean and lovely, so my wife says 😉. Would recommend.
